Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel:

After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can still return the product within 30 days of delivery as per our return policy below.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product is in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, inserts, and materials are included
- Product has not been written on or filled out
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, written on, or damaged
- Products missing original packaging or components

How to Return

- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided
- Share the tracking number with us
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If the return meets our policy requirements, we will approve the refund.
Refund Timeline
- Approval: 2-3 business days after receiving returned item
- Processing: 7-10 business days to credit your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full product price
- Original shipping charges (if applicable)
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Return shipping will be covered by us

Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or model, please return your current product for a refund and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
