Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. No hidden charges or minimum order requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using this number on our courier partner's website.

Packaging

All Vault Kits are carefully packaged in secure, tamper-proof boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Each package is quality-checked before dispatch.

Address Requirements

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address including:

• Full name of the recipient
• Complete address with landmarks
• Pin code
• Contact number (mandatory)

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-shipping.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services internationally. Please check back later for updates.
